MISSION STATEMENT

We aim to provide a high standard of practice and care.  To treat patients with dignity, respect and honesty and to work together in partnership to protect and promote overall health and well being in a nourishing and caring environment.

PATIENT SURVEY FINDINGS

A total of 666 forms were sent to patients from the Department for the Family Practice and 584 for Dr Doyle's practice.  A total of 238 and 164 were returned representing 36% amd 28%.

83.10% of patients were able to book an appointment within 2 days and 94.68% for Dr Doyle's practice.  Satisfaction with GP service remained high having confidence and trust in their Doctor.  Getting through on the phone was fairly easy.  Reception staff were very helpful.  It was fairly easy to speak to a Doctor.  There was the ability to book appoinments in advance although there can be a little wait for appointments upon arrival at the surgery.  Patients were fairly satisfied with open times.  They decided that there was a fairly good availability for the nurse/  Overall, patients were very satisfied with care at the surgery and this was represented by a 91% and 92& result respectively.
