Registration
Non-English Speakers

Patients can register with the practice by bringing their medical card or completing an HS22X form.

The patient registers with the Practice and not with an individual GP.

Each new patient will be offered a health check at their first consultation. This will provide a general check-over, with blood pressure, weight and risk-factor analysis. It also allows computerization of records.

Patients must phone the surgery to be given a time to attend.

There is a system to deal with emergencies.

As a patient you are registered with the Practice not a particular Doctor as was previously the case. All efforts will be made for you to see the Doctor of your choice but this may not always be possible.
